Draw something inspired by one or both of each day’s episodes - you can pick one from each day’s list, combine different skits into one drawing, whatever you want.

other than that, there are no rules! feel free to do one step but not the other, to skip episodes/days, and to use any art medium you like - you can combine this with Inktober and I’m tagging it as such for shameless promotion reasons, but the big headline up there is “daily drawing challenge” rather than “Inktober prompt list” because all I want is for you to have fun with this show and characters, however you see fit. after all, isn’t the fun of Osomatsu-san that anything can happen?

it’s funny that the song she sang to her son was my little sunshine bc earlier in the episode, she was standing there and the music reminded (sam smith is on the screen. it’s on mute. i seem to prefer the covers of his songs. he’s very nasally.) me of the soundtrack of sunshine. i wonder if that’s what they did. like, on purpose. as a nod. great movie. my mom hated it. i also saw stay at the beginning. with people in red. and considering he thought his mom would never leave him… that was all very sad. minute 14 is when i heard he music from sunshine. who’s perspective is this? considering i just spelled whose wrong, maybe it’s yours. a show for each of us, perhaps. i’m in a box.

that last reblog is empowering but also bittersweet because that feeling of being “too old” for certain things, or just in general, never fully goes away - at least it didn’t for me, which is why I don’t disclose my exact age online

I’ve had moments where I’ve thought “maybe I should pull back from tumblr a bit because I feel I’m intruding on a safe space for 13-20-year-olds” - then I remember all but two of the people in my university year are younger than me, too, as are several people already holding the jobs I aspire to. If I keep hold of that toxic mentality, I’ve left it “too late” to do anything in fandom or my actual career, and while I regret not getting on the path to animation right after my GCSEs, I can’t go back, so might as well go forward instead
