Aah the engineering students... strapping young lads in very tiny shorts.
All five of them were fast tracked into academia after boot camp and are currently completing an engineering and aeronautics programme affiliated with the Hierarchy Navy Development & Innovation Bureau. Them becoming a winning team of clawball players wasn't originally planned, but their supervisor thought they would all profit from some team-building sport and, well, they all really clicked the first time they played together?
It wouldn't be possible without Orion as their team leader tho, because when needed he will go full mother hen and make sure his flock are all well cared for and operating on their individual perfect parameters. He's also the only one who will manage to drag Gae out of bed after a night of drinking for practice.
So yeah... they spend their days studying hard for their degrees and futures, and in their free time they train for (and often win) the game. Although they're some of the brightest minds of the galaxy, they're mostly known for looking good in their skimpy jerseys and all five of them get incredibly flustered when squealing fans want them to sign trading cards...
