Thank you so so SO much to my anonymous gifter* for these adorable stickers of my OCs! They are absolutely perfect and super cute in their extra short shorts and I am already pondering where I should display them… 🥰

Random Anon Asks

So we're gonna go extra random for the engineering students on this one since no topic was specified ;)

How do they do their laundry?

Orion: Sorts everything in different laundry hampers by colours and/or temperature, turns everything inside out, and measures precise amount of detergent. Folds everything extra accurately and stores fresh clothes in boxes (Marie Kondo would be SO proud!)

Eneis: Has one hamper for everything, has a clear laundry schedule. Does one sports wash for his jerseys, everything else goes in together in the quick program.

Gae: His laundry hamper is the floor. Only thinks about doing laundry when he's out of things to wear. Orion makes sure Gae looks presentable (how Gae *still* manages to score with the chicks despite his somewhat messy ways nobody knows)

Saxen: Has one laundry hamper and a more-or-less fixed laundry schedule. Likes ironing for the whole gang.

Altaeus: Somewhere between Gae and Eneis. A bit chaotic, and when he runs out of shirts will occasionally borrow clothes from Gae (if there are any available)

Night Shift Asks

Aah the engineering students... strapping young lads in very tiny shorts.

All five of them were fast tracked into academia after boot camp and are currently completing an engineering and aeronautics programme affiliated with the Hierarchy Navy Development & Innovation Bureau. Them becoming a winning team of clawball players wasn't originally planned, but their supervisor thought they would all profit from some team-building sport and, well, they all really clicked the first time they played together?

It wouldn't be possible without Orion as their team leader tho, because when needed he will go full mother hen and make sure his flock are all well cared for and operating on their individual perfect parameters. He's also the only one who will manage to drag Gae out of bed after a night of drinking for practice.

So yeah... they spend their days studying hard for their degrees and futures, and in their free time they train for (and often win) the game. Although they're some of the brightest minds of the galaxy, they're mostly known for looking good in their skimpy jerseys and all five of them get incredibly flustered when squealing fans want them to sign trading cards...

For the OC ask game, do you mind answering a question for The Engineering Team?

Actually, my question isn’t on the list, but the comfort item question had me wondering - do the Engineering Students have any superstitions? Do any of them have pre-match rituals or things they keep for luck? 🏀

That's okay, you're absolutely allowed to ask a question about the engineering students ;)

OC Ask Game

They’re not an overly superstitious bunch except for Altaeus who keeps a river pebble from his hometown in a pocket and rubs it for good luck when he gets nervous. When he mislays his lucky stone it’s always a big drama until he finds it again.

As for pre-match rituals, it’s important for them that Orion, as the team leader, will give them their pep talk going over the game’s strategies and recaps what they trained for. And finally (this one is silly and nobody knows exactly where it originated) it’s considered lucky to pat Gae’s derrière before getting onto the clawball ground, since Gae is the last one in line to enter the ground. Since he’s also the fastest of the bunch, it’s supposed to give them all extra speed... please don’t ask XD

💝  Which OC surprised you the most this year?

Tbh… the fact that a whole team of clawball playing engineering students just… dropped out of thin air and made themselves a home in my brain was this year’s biggest surprise. I REALLY don‘t need any more OCs!

I mean.. They don‘t even have family names yet! And yet all five of them decided they want to star in a series of „The Three Investigators“ style adventures... what am I to do! *sobs uncontrollably*

They look great tho. Thank you @heavenlyeros for indulging my boy band, roller derby and turians in booty shorts addictions :3
