Tutorial for the Pavé dresses

A while ago, I got a request to upload a tutorial for the Pavé dresses that I made:

I spent a long time trying to make a detailed and thorough tutorial to the point where I got stressed about it and put it off until I forgot to actually make it. So, to the people who were waiting so long for me to upload it, I’m very very sorry for making you wait so long!

And another thing I’m sorry about is the fact that I have not included much in this post about actually creating the design. As I’ve stated before, I usually just mess around with colors until the design looks right.

(( Of all of the traits Luca has developed throughout the time I've been here, I think my favorite is how he perceives himself oppose to who he actually is.

Like, he honestly does think of himself as a classy, intelligent, beautiful, powerful, and  otherwise perfect nation, but clearly this isn't the case.

He's convinced that Europe wouldn't be able to hold itself together without him, and that's why he hasn't been annexed yet, but honestly, no one really cares and not to mention the second Treaty of Paris ))
