how often does Sandy use his sand on the other guardians?
There's sort of unspoken agreement among guardians that their powers shouldn't be used against your colleagues absolutely necessary. Unless it would be extremely funny. And no one gets hurt. Much. Kind of like how you don't mess with Tooth's filing system.
Truth is, if Sandy made a habit of using his dreamsand on all the guardians, they'd be in a pile somewhere having the best dreams of their life while Pitch took over the world again or maybe even infected THEIR dreams with nightmares. { Thread idea anyone?? }
But if Bunny's being particularly smug, or monologuing too long about seasonal balance blah blah... there may have been an incident or two.
