New Family Member//drabble

"Are you sure about this, you don't have to do this because I want to." His voice soft as he lightly squeezed her hand. The two of them are walking now to a certain building in the city. They've been talking about this for quite some time and have finally come to a decision.

"I'm sure. I wouldn't do this i I didn't want to as well, you know me better than that." A small smile as she plants a reassuring kiss on his hand.

"I just... it's a big decision."

"It is, that's why we've discussed it until there was no longer anything to discuss."

His expression looked so worried though, and she made them stop in their tracks so she could hold both of his hands with her own.

"Kiryuu, I care for you very much." A pause as she takes a deep breath. "I love you, perhaps I don't say it enough, but I would hope my actions show it. That's why I want to do this. I want to raise another life with you, I want to have a family with you. Alright?"

He wasn't crying. There was just a little bit of dust in his eye. He had to look away for a moment before he mustered up a smile to show his beloved.

"Alright."

And thus they continued to walk until they reached their destination.

The pet shelter. That's right, they were finally going to go adopt a kitty.

Okay no the mun was just playing a joke, please don't beat her up Kiryuu's mun.

To the adoption agency they go. Whether it be a boy or girl, no matter the age, they were going to love and raise with care their new child.

In another place//drabble

Ding. Dong. Ding. Dong.

The sound of a bell resounded throughout the school. It was the sound of freedom, or rather the sound of lunch break. As always, Kiryuu waved off the invitations of friends to join them for lunch and headed up to the roof. There was something there that he liked to enjoy during every break and he never missed it for the world.

With bento in hand, he quietly opened the door to the roof, looking left and right, he found he got here before she did. A small smile on his face as he climbed the ladder to the 'second' roof so-to-speak, and waited.

It wasn't too long until he heard the door opening. Holding his breath, as if that would keep her from finding him, he watched her walk closer to the edge, her petite hands curling around the chain-linked fence.

Now it would begin, his favorite part of the day, his bento slightly ajar and forgotten in return to giving his full attention to her.

Soon her song was lifted into the air and filled his entire being. His eyes closing to the softness of her voice. Until suddenly her voice entered his ears at close proximity.

"Did you enjoy today's song?" A small smile on her face as she had managed to surprise him. "One...how many times do I have to ask you not to do that?" His hands clutching his food since he almost threw it into the air.

"It's not my fault you're absentminded, oh cute kouhai of mine." As she flicked his nose. "Okay you're only a year ahead of me because all you do is study all the time."

"Your point?"

"Well we could have been in the same class."

"But then we wouldn't have met because you needed a tutor," a smirk as she was indeed correct. He rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, yeah, anyway, hungry?" He asked holding out some utensils to her.

"Always," and instead of the food she went straight for his lips.

It pours//drabble

Drip. Drop. Drip. Drop.

It was starting to rain but two individuals didn't particularly care if it did. How ironic that it was raining since it did so during their first meeting and it was doing so at what might be their last.

"Go." One word, one syllable, and it felt like the entire weight of the world was crashing down on Kiryuu's heart. His face tightened as he stared at her much smaller figure. Just five steps and he could be by her side, he could hold her to him, crush her body into his, but that one word kept him from moving. It was a spell that paralyzed him despite it's meaning.

"I won't." His own voice was firm and his tone evident of stubbornness. She kept her expression serious and hard, One was not playing games here.

"You shouldn't be with me." Another attempt, but it was obvious by the sign of her clenched fists that she was struggling.

"You don't mean that." He paused, his expression softening slightly. "You don't want that." And neither did he.

"Kiryuu, I can't-" And he cut her off, making himself move, holding her tightly so that she couldn't run away without hurting him in the process, a dirty move, but he didn't always play fair. "Shh..." he softly hushed her, pressing his face against her hair, breathing in her scent to reassure himself that she was there.

"I'm not going to let you run away, I promised you that, remember?" Small hands circling around his back to return his embrace let him know she did remember. "I'm not sure what you heard and I can't say I know exactly what you're thinking, I never do, but let's talk about it before you try to push me away. I'll talk with you for as long as it takes to convince you that I'm not going anywhere." Her hands lightly gripped his shirt, but he pulled back a little to cup her face with his hands.

Had she started to cry? Had he? There was no way of telling, the rain was masking it all.

"Just because you think I will or should leave you, doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. And it sure as hell doesn't mean that I'll go along with it." He leaned down to kiss her so that this time, she would be paralyzed. Kiryuu had no intention of letting her go, not in this lifetime.

Like the galaxy//drabble

"One, come over here for a second," he called out to the bae from the kitchen. It was another night where they'd be having dinner together, it being his turn to cook. Approaching him she looked at him curiously, "What is it?" And suddenly she was lifted up onto the counter and his lips were against hers.

This was actually a common occurrence, it was as if they couldn't get enough of one another. It wasn't just because he had a thirst for her blood or because she had a thirst for his body, but it was something more. Something that they couldn't really label just yet.

Every one of their kisses felt indescribable, whether they were the sweet soft ones, or the intense rough ones that left them breathless.

When they parted she couldn't help but ask, "Is that all?" It wasn't a challenge or a prompt, but he tended to take it that way. "It never is." Well, dinner could always wait for later.
