This evaluation is testing Minhee’s abilities in organizing the performance in such a way that it wouldn’t look like a mess. The female spent hours looking at performance videos looking at the best formation for the three girls since she wants to deliver wonderful performance to the coaches. The costumes were easy to part since the theme was Gotham sirens and fashion always easy to Minhee since she uses to fix up her old clothes with her sewing kit. Minhee would need to lean Saerom on the choreography for certain since she knows that she is an amazing dancer and the skills to help out in that situation. Delegation is important to be a good leader in this project so assigning tasks to the ones with the strongest skill set to complete the task efficiently. This is why she decided on Naeun being the center of this performance since she got the charisma to pull it off so it would be the best bet. The fact she added even cute comical scene at the beginning of the girls dragging Saerom back to her seat after showing off her crazy dance skills to start the performance would add the fact these girls are from a comic book, the classic comic book villains who are about going against the authority. This is what she wanted to do for this evaluation even though it would be easier going for something Halloween themed but then again she wanted to be different than the rest plus she wanted to find the inner bad girl...all she could do is hope for the best and everything goes according to her detailed layout plan inside her binders. What could go possibly wrong?? Many things actually...
