HI CHAI! Currently, the latter part of my May has been looking up.. Though idk how much that says because the bar is SO low. For the past few months I've had serious health complications and have started getting treated for them. Big win! Unfortunately those complications brought back some old illness side effects (boo) so I'm having to deal with those now. Thankfully I've dealt with it once and now HOPEFULLY have a better understanding of what to do now..!

I'm gonna focus on Colvenash for this, ok? OK.
This includes spoilers! And also possibly ooc in a lot of areas-- but that's what love does to these freaks.
Venus, when she gets her wings, likes to swoop Mercury up and carry him around. At first, he struggles against her, but he realizes how high up they are, and he's like,
"Ok. Sure, we're doing this now."
Eventually, he realizes she is capable of carrying him, and he still acts pissy, but he actually likes it.
Sometimes, she drops him and lets him fall, then catches him before he hits the ground. The first time she did that, he almost killed her out of anger with his nail, but she just kept swooping down and smacking him on top of his stupid head, and he was fuming the whole time. She would laugh, and eventually, he found it cute that she was so entertained by him. So he also doesn't mind the surprise drops she does to him now.
Sometimes she asks him to cling on really tight, and she nose dives for the earth and he's hoping and praying they don't die, he clings to her so hard it leaves marks on her back. At the last moment, she opens her wings, and their bodies are barely scraping the ground below them. He feels like his heart is going to explode out of his chest the first time, but he does trust her more and more. He will never admit it, but he loves the adrenaline rush he gets from all of these tricks she does.
Mercury heads out somewhere on foot, and the whole time, his wife is swooping down and kissing him on his head or smacking him. He wants to snatch her out of the air and carry her until she behaves-- but also, he likes being teased by her, and her only.
Sometimes, you'd think they hate each other, but they know each other so well (and for so long) that ultimately, they trust each other and care about each other. They unfortunately always come across as committing atrocious psychological warfare on each other to people who don't understand them.
Never do they truly hate each other, and are actually completely fascinated with each other.
They do things that seem inane to the other, but they entertain the notions. Both of them are the dynamic of pushing each other outside of one's own comfort zone, while still being there for the other incase something goes awry.
While yes, I have added everyone's submissions, I am thinking of closing the playlist indefinitely.
Recently, I've decided I want to not have to rely on Spotify or use it at all. I don't like their involvement in things and do not wish to support them.
Watched the TFTGS CreepCast Episode, and it's actually really interesting to see what other people could manage to theorize.
A lot of cases felt like overthinking to me, but I appreciate all of the speculations because even the most out-there theories can jump-start some neat concepts!
Some of the criticisms of the series was understandable, as they're going in solely on the blog posts and, essentially, outsiders to the series. However, some of it felt a tad too picky, considering the writing style stayed consistent. But oh well! It certainly depends on the reader and their tastes.
Side Note: They made Jerry sound whiny at times, and the voice for Spencer was pretty dope.

If so, then yes, I have! Recently, though, Joetastic posted on their twt that the voices aren't canon! And that the VAs were chosen by Joe and not the developers. Joe clarified it as a means to encourage other VAs to not be discouraged and think they wouldn't also fit the parts of the characters.
The animation and the voice acting are amazing, though, and it's incredibly cute (especially Anya at the end, what a cutie!).
