Jigglypuff uses its cute round eyes to draw the attention of opponents, and as soon as someone looks into its eyes it begins singing, and the sound waves of its singing match the brain waves of someone in a deep sleep, causing people to quickly fall asleep when listening to a Jigglypuff sing.

Jigglypuff can inflate its belly to perform longer.

Jigglypuff's vocal cords can adjust the wavelength of its voice to ensure that its foes feel drowsy, and its vocal range exceeds 12 octaves, but each Jigglypuff's individual skill is determined by their own effort.
