Gundam twitter has been saying that the franchise only ever covers fictional politics so I double-checked some iconic scenes and wow, they were completely right!

Just started watching this really niche show from the 70s you probably never heard of it
lalah
rompiche mon pote
Gundam character of the day: this space rat from 0079
Watching the original Gundam after only having seen Witch from Mercury:
big respect to this show for not at all giving a shit about subtlety
I've been loving everything I've seen out of Mobile Suit Gundam but I feel like I have to admit I like Guncannon slightly more idk this guy is so endearing to me (RX-78-2 Gundam still holds my heart tho)
I saw a clip from a Gundam movie which showed two Guncannon's getting taken out by Zakus and it was like watching gore footage
Said clip also introduced me to the missile variant of Guncannon who I will nickname "Gunmissile"
