Doing my nightly journaling for my silly little mental health. I probably should have moved more today, that's my note for today. Also had breakfast earlier. I am considering going off coffee to see if it does anything for my tendency to tension headaches. I'll try nothing but maybe water in the morning and see how I get on. Then I can have hot teas or maybe caffeine later in the day.
