Whismur are normally very quiet, and usually cannot be heard unless one is paying close attention.

If scared, Whismur will release an earsplitting cry that is over 100 decibels, and it is advised that people do not approach a crying Whismur without headgear or they risk hearing loss.

When Whismur begin to cry, they become spooked by their own crying and then begin to cry even harder.

Whismur only stop crying when their ear covers close, forcing them into silence, and then they fall asleep, tired after all of their crying.

Because Whismur inhale through their ear canals, they can cry continuously without having to stop to breathe.

Meet Whims!! She is Timid and "takes plenty of siestas." When you're as anxious as Whims is, it's important to know when to take a break and chill for a minute.

I'm actually partial to Whismur and its line. I had an Exploud I used a lot in Gen 3 (you'll see him later) and I also became emotionally attached to Loudred in PMD. As for Whims, I just genuinely think she's a cutie (and in desperate need of some xanex lmao).

I'm clearly becoming a big fan of the scuffed little drawing that isn't the sugimori style lol. I like how expressive I can make it.
