I've seen the theory that Violet is actually Lemony's daughter. What are your thoughts on that theory?

There are two separate temporal clues (Link) which suggest Violet’s date of conception and Lemony’s and Beatrice’s break-up are fairly close to on another. So I think Daniel Handler deliberately outlined his chronology so that Violet’s paternity could be questioned. He likes ambiguous mysteries and blink-and-you-ll-miss-it subplots. It doesn’t mean Lemony is her father, just that Handler considered that option and thought it was fun.
