Nina's Update #01

Hey guys! 

I felt like this blog needed a little lovin' since it ain't getting any action these past few days, haha. Anyways, I hope everyone is staying motivated and getting some exercise (: The weather here is California has been perfect. I've been able to get some running done. I downloaded the NIke+ app recently and have been using it whenever I run. It's a good app to keep track of how much and how fast you've ran.

As of right now, I am preparing myself for the Neon Run (: it's coming up really fast. My goal is to complete the run in 30 minutes! I've been getting close to my goal, slowly improving by seconds, haha. I'm also taking yoga at East Bay which is really fun. It's hard because i'm basically the only one that can't stay still during certain poses -___- I'm always falling to the side and disrupting everyone else, hahaha. 

How are you guys doing? Post your updates as well! I'd love to hear what you guys are up to. How's the Paleo diet going? Any good recipes I can try out? I'm getting tired of the granola and cutie combo, haha.
