My Dearest Miguel,

I so wanted to say, “looks like we made it. Look how far we’ve come, my baby” but I know that we are just starting and we still have a lifetime to spend together (through God’s will ofc 😏). Mocking aside tho, I never expected that we’d come this far. I hoped for this, ofc. I wanted to come this far but the fights made it look like reaching this milestone was impossible (you know this!). From “I don’t know where we’re going but we’re going together” to “but just look at us holding on. We're still together still going strong. You're still the one I run to. The one that I belong to. You're still the one I want for life. You're still the one that I love. The only one I dream of. You're still the one I kiss good night.” That was one helluva year!

I know that I’ve already told you how much I’m grateful for your patience and understanding but for the nth time, I wanna say it one more time. Miggs, thank you. Thank you for everything. For patiently understanding my moodiness and for accepting everything about me. Thank you for looking passed at my flaws and for loving me still. You showed me both my strengths and weaknesses. I was a very confident woman before I met you and you’ve shown and taught me to accept my vulnerabilities. You humbled me.

It wasn’t an easy ride. I’ve been so toxic the past year. We’ve been toxic to each other that it already came to the point that we nearly gave this relationship up. Not just once nor twice. You know that. But thank you for fighting for us and for still holding my hand. Thank you for staying and choosing me everyday. Thank you for loving me and accepting my love in return. I could be so suffocating and tiring yet you’re still here. You are my right person ♥️ You made me learn that loving and staying in a relationship is a decision. That staying here is a choice that you and I have to make every single day. God knows how much I pray that you’d still choose me for the rest of our lives. My overthinking messes us up every single time but I wanna fight my demons and prove myself that you are the right man for me. I hope that you’d do the same.

Always trust my love for you, baby. Wherever you go, you know that I gotchu just like how you have my back. You can always rely on me. I’d listen to you always. I’ll be here for you always, ready to give you hugs and cuddles whenever you need them (or kahit hindi 😜). Thank you for being my confidant, my supporter, my human Spotify, my best friend, and my lover.

I would be fighting for you as much as I can. I won’t ever let go as long as you won’t let go of me too. For every fight, know that your simple “I love you” would melt me in an instant. Thank you for teaching me how to love selflessly. Thank you for always being there. Thank you for coming into my life. You are a game changer! ♥️
