Life Lately
I usually go on here when things are serious somewhat. Or when I’m just not feeling lazy to type. So every path I take I keep finding myself back to my origins. Now I don’t see myself there forever, but who knows ? Right now i’m just taking one day at a time. I’ve been pretty lowkey lately. Just been keeping to myself or with mandy. And I know thats bad but i’m just trying to work on myself right now, before I kinda get out there in the world again if that makes sense...

I never deleted this page because i knew eventually I would come back here no matter how long it took. It’s been a while but i’m back in action baby. So i’ll break it down for you. The past 3 weeks I’ve been doing some major changes to the way I’ve been eating because about 2 months ago I went to arclight and had popcorn and I didn’t even finish it because it was upsetting my stomach, by the time I got home I was throwing everything up.. Not sure why that happened still because I only had not even the whole thing but my guess was that it was the butter on the popcorn was too much. The following week from that I went to my favorite shrimp spot, kicking kasian. I just had shrimp and mussels and by the time i got home i was throwing up again. That’s when I knew I needed to change my diet. Because the fact I was throwing up just after eating meals I knew something was wrong. So thats when I decided to make a change. On top of that, I joined a bootcamp. And pretty much what it is is 30 of HIIT training. Every day is different. It’s so fucking hard! but the results really are there. My first week of eating healthy and going to bootcamp 3x that week, I lost 7 pounds! Honestly I was shook when I saw that, I mean I still can’t see any difference but I know when I give it some time I’ll start to see the differences and it will motivate me more. I know I’ve been down this road many times but I am doing it again and I am making lifestyle changes to help me in the long run. There are nights I would cry to myself because it was just soo hard after working but I know with strength and determination I can do this. Bout to get this body right for life...
And now what?
