HELL YEAH! I found the tag through @penandinkprincess (great blog & writer, love ur Witcher fics too, happy to see we've another fandom in common!) and apparently it's an entire thing!
Okay now that I got his ask I also feel the need to contribute xD and, headcanoning both of them would be allergic to some things, personally (and I think most of fandom agrees) I feel like Shane would already know all about his own allergies and how to avoid and treat them, meanwhile Ilya is of course completely in denial about possibly having allergies too, partly his 'Russians Don't Get This' + bad boy image, partly he just doesn't care, even though he's always making sure to help Shane avoid his allergens...
HOWEVER
at some point after therapy and antidepressants genuinely enjoying life he suddenly has a realization of Oh My God I Don't Just Don't Want To Die Anymore I Actively Want To Live As Long As Possible and this is when he asks Shane to help him figure out what he's allergic to, what foods are bad for him etc :)
