Don't Judge.
Okay so today may not have been the best day for my self health movement.
Typically on the fourth of July we go over to my cousin's house and have a BBQ; trust me when I tell you that there is a ton of food everywhere. I tried my best to stay from the processed foods, like hot dogs and the sort. Even though most of the food that I ate was vegetarian, I still feel guilty becuase I'm not sure if my portions were correct.
But it was sweltering outside so I feel that my continuous presperation, helped me burn some amount of the calories. Another reason why I feel guilty is because I didn't have time for a proper work out, but to compensate, I went up and the down the stairs in order to help bring things in and out of the house.
Well, tomorrow is a new day so I can look forward to making it count. I'm also going into the city to deal with some college stuff, so I look forward to getting some walking done (NYC blocks are no joke). Well, it's been real, Happy Fourth of July!
