1. Had a great lie in this morning, the baby boy woke up fairly early and my partner took him downstairs and I got to sleep for longer on my own. It was great! 2. My partner gave me some money to get a couple of new tops more appropriate for the heat we're getting here. Since giving birth I haven't quite got back into my old clothes and didn't have anything that looked OK and wasn't too hot. I found two great tops. Really pleased with them. 3. Grass has started sprouting! Aaaaaah! Can't wait for our full grass area.

Could be body memories, repressed memories, or the atmosphere of the dreams’ contents that makes me have nightmares. Feeling ashamed and upset. Don’t cry, Charlie, don’t cry. Headache. T wanted me to read notes on dreams out aloud. I said ‘No’, then they smiled and said ‘Good. You’re stating your opinion/boundaries.’ After reading T got up and said ‘I have to think.’ T also said they’d talk to someone else about what I told them, anonymous but still. Glad I didn’t tell about the stories I made up around 8/9/10ish yet. T suggested to keep attending sessions and that they’re impressed I didn’t quit and insisted on working through dissociative issues.
