This past week has shown some improvement. I made a conscious effort to soak up the sun whenever possible, worked out twice, and focused on preparing healthy meals with more fruits and vegetables.

While there were fewer tears shed, occasional moments of sadness still linger. However, I’ve learned to acknowledge and accept whatever emotions arise. I try to pay better attention to my breathing, a tip from one of my CrossFit coaches, and so far it has been helpful.

These last couple of days I listened more to music, and today, I even enjoyed a slow dance, reconnecting with my body and feeling more feminine.

I’m dedicated to self-care as I navigate through grief and heal from all else that’s been going on. It’s important to remind myself that I’m a work in progress and to practice patience.

This evening I felt calm and comfortable, and after a long time, I felt called to pull some Oracle cards. The cards I pulled were both confirming and reassuring.
