It's a new week so you know what that means! Another @beautykitchenjunkie review! This week, 08L hooked me up with the #BlueDiamondFlake #CollageEyeGels. You might remember the pink ones from April. These are supposed to de-puff, tone and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in just 20 minutes. They're made of all-natural ingredients like algae, vitamin c and licorice. I received 2 separate packets to try, which normally retail for $4.25. I've been absolutely exhausted lately so this was the perfect time to try them. I have prominent bags under my eyes even on the best of days so I have really been looking rough lately. I made sure each gel was saturated in the serum and then plopped them on for 20 minutes. I was surprised they stuck to my face without falling off. I put them on when I got home tonight and lay down for a short nap while I let these do their thing. A few minutes later, my eyes were noticeably less puffy and also felt less dry. Once again, @Heathermarianna & @beautykitchenjunkie have knocked it out of the park with their handmade organic products. Thanks, guys! My boyfriend lives 60 minutes West of me and my job and family are 45 miles East. I basically live out of a handful of weekend bags 50% of the time. I was cleaning a duffle out and found this sample pack. @allure sent me this set of @lorealskin #PureClayMasks last year as part of their #AllureTryIt program. They don't send out stuff very often but it's always fire when they do. I'm really enjoying these so far. I did a multitask last night and will try each individually this week. The final cleansing oil I'm reviewing for 08Liter.com is Manyo Factory's #PureCleansingOil. This one is super popular and was just featured again this week. (There were still several left at the time I wrote this review if you'd like to go snag a bottle for yourself for only $3.99!) Like most cleansing oils, the Pure Cleansing Oil by @manyofactory_official uses only natural oils. This one is 98% vegetable oils and a combination of other botanical extracts.(I noticed this uses bean and nut oils so people with those allergies need to avoid it.) Massaging these into the skin is relaxing, helps with lymphatic drainage, and provides gentle moisture. I like that this one is light and has an invigorating citrus scent. The formula is thin and water-soluble. It washes away without too much residue and leaves skin feeling smooth. The only negative point for which I'm docking points is that while it removed makeup well and cleaned skin of residue, it couldn't do both at once. I either needed to remove my makeup first or follow up with more micellar water to get a deep clean if I wore a full face of makeup. Effective at cleansing: ⭐⭐⭐ -Most suitable for AM or light makeup days. Hydration: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ -Moisturizing but not as much as others I've tried. If you've followed me for a while you know I am obsessed with toners. I could go without everything but a cleanser, toner and moisturizer. At the end of a long day my skin craves a toner (or 3.) It's true! I'm a big fan of this one from Lapothicell because it combines a toner with an essence to balance pH, calm sensitive skin and moisturize in one step. Using it in the morning leaves you with a smooth, bright surface for your primer or foundation. It has a milky consistency that is so satisfying and gentle. When I use it in 2 layers I get the best results. I wipe gently with a cotton pad first and follow with a dabbing technique. The result is a plump, bright boost of hydration. My only word of caution is that this might be too much for those with a particularity oily skin type. However, I think this is my new go to toner anytime I have dry flaky skin. It retails at $24.43 but mine was $3.99 via 08LITER's Try Now program. Add this baby to my pile of favorite new toners!
