Fire Force (Born of its special fire and psychic powers, this nickname was designed to shine! Individually, both words reference one of its dual typing. Yes! That's right. "Force" directly references its psychic powers, which I like to imagine directly enhances its fire powers—just like the "Phoenix Force", in the series X-Men. Look it up!)

Crimson (A surprisingly popular nickname for this Pokémon! This nickname is obviously based on its colourization, and it suits it just as well)

Firework / Bonfire / Blazeblitzer (These are suitable nicknames for a strong, fire-type Pokémon. These also help to emphasize its strength— and it just goes to prove that this Pokémon is certainly no slouch! The latter nickname makes this fire-type Pokémon sound mighty!)

Pyroknight / Armoknight (The Pokémon is said to be incredibly loyal, and its entire deal is the fact that it wears a suit of armour that is comprised of psychic and fire energy. This is a strong-sounding nickname, indeed. Mhm.)

Gilded Hero / Gildfire (The word "gilded means to be covered in a gold coloured substance. Except, the "gold" here is a reference to the Pokémon's yellow armour! Pretty on the nose, huh?)

Pyrebreaker (A heavy, impactful name. It combines the raw destruction of a raging fire—Pyre, with the physical force of a heavy-armoured knight breaking enemy lines!!! It rolls off the tongue with a very satisfying, aggressive cadence.)

Ignis-Prime (Combining Ignis —the Latin word for fire that we love so much, with the legendary “Prime” suffix… It sounds like a noble, ancient, dependable leader who carries a plasma-forge inside his chest cavity.)

Cinderlock (A gritty, heavy skirmisher nickname. It blends "Cinder", i.e. burning debris, with Lock —targeting systems/lock-and-load mechanics, perfectly matching how it locks its arms together to form a cannon. Rest assured, this is a cool-sounding, and highly suitable name for this amazing Pokémon)
