why can't people that are cis/over 21 follow you this is serious question

its not that they cant its just i would rather them ask bcause for ppl over 21: its just kinda..weird? like..why does a 21 yr old (or over) want to follow a teenagers personal blog? it just makes me kinda uncomfy cause in the past like older men would follow me and harass me so..yeah. im friends w/ some ppl from like 20 and older its just nicer if i know/can 'screen' the older ppl who follow me to avoid harassment (tho i still get it anyway) and for cis p much the same reason. it makes me uncomfy. its just cause its my personal blog and yeah. ppl do all the time without asking and i dont get mad or anything id just rather they ask, its not that they cant. also answering this publicly so others know- tell me if ud rather i wouldn't
