🎃 Halloween themed Regional forms of Frillish & Jellicent 🎃 

What is Halloween without spooky pumpkins? (nah, cute ones♥) 

I always thought Frillish would look like a tomato if it would be red. I tried to switch the tomato aspect in my mind into a halloween one, as a pumpkin, and I'm pretty happy of the result!

Because of the Jack'O'Lantern inspiration, I guess Flash Fire makes sens even if it is not part-Fire, and it gives a Fire immunity to a Grass-type Pokémon. It would be cool to have this kind of ability for real Pokémons, I mean, a non-Fire type with a "regular" Fire type ability.

0zonoff Regional Form #04  ► WEEDLE Bug/Ice Base stats HP 40 / ATK 50 /  DEF 25 / SP.ATK 15 / SP.DEF 25 / SPD 40 

This Weedle is bigger than regular Weedle. It is a famous prey for Flying-type pokemons, a renowned frozen treat, even if it is able to counter them with Ice-moves. Its evolutions are coming!

I had this idea even before Alolan Forms were revealed when I was doing retyped sprites. I’m not totally proud of this carrot spike, I did it in a messy way, but this Weedle looks cute anyway imo. ♥

0zonoff Regional Form #10  ► SHIINOTIC | Poison/Ghost Base stats | HP 100 - ATK 40 - DEF 90 - S.ATK 60 - S.DEF 95 - SPD 25 Inspired by inky cap mushrooms and by Shiinotic’s japanese name, which is Mashēdo (mushroom+shade). It sounds pretty good for a ghost type imo.  This emo-Shiinotic evolves from Morelull “0zonoff Form” when it is leveled up, at night, starting at lv24. They has a taller “headshroom” than their regular counterparts, even if it is less wide. Its dropping inks, especially its black tears, are a powerful poison which is able to help dead bodies to rot faster. In lore; it is often said that we might see one of them crying over trapped corpses into swamps, to help souls in distress to escape from their bodies.

Moves They learn status moves like Smog, Clear Smog, Toxic Thread, Poison and Sleep Powder and Nightmare. It is also able to gains Shadow Sneak, Night Shade, Ominous Wind, or Sludge Bomb.

0zonoff Regional Form #02  ► PETILIL Fairy / Grass Type  Base stats HP 60 / ATK 5 /  DEF 60 / SP.ATK 60 / SP.DEF 65 / SPD 30 Inspired by strawberries with whiped/ice cream! Cute, isn’t it? In this form it learns less grass moves, but gains a lot of fairy moves with level up, like Flower Shield, Floral Healing, Charm, Draining Kiss etc. It is also able to learn one ice-type move: Frost Breath (because it has an “ice cream theme”).

It evolves into Liligant “0zonoff” Regional Form with a Whipped Dream, same way as Swirlix.
