These infatuations are good and bad. Being excited everytime they post. Loving every selfie and wishing you could see them in person to see their unfiltered beauty. Being genuinely excited for any interaction you get with them, dms or asks alike.

But it's ugly, under my surface. Knowing that I am not enough, not what they want. Wishing I was the other people having the interactions I want. A twist in my stomach whenever I see the confirmation that they do not see me in the same light.

I don't know them enough, infatuation not crush after all. All I can ask for is any feeling of wanting to hold and appreciate goes away and the appreciation of simply their friendship and beauty can be all that is left for them.
