What does your character’s bed look like when he/she wakes up? Are the covers off on one side of the bed, are they all curled around a pillow, sprawled everywhere? In what position might they sleep?
Hestia sleeps with a mask on her face because she needs complete darkness to fall asleep. She wasn't that way before, but during the war, every sign of light was a possible warning. She sleeps on her side, her body slightly curled up.
She sleeps on her side, her body slightly curled up. Hestia's a fidgety sleeper. When she wakes up, the blanket and cover are strewn about, the result of her constant nightmares.
