Added in the morning after the session. Here goes. I could have gone on for much longer than those meagre 35 minutes. My mind was good to go but my body couldn’t quite handle the heat with the shakes. And it wasn’t a case of an unusual amount of shaking that made me feel hot. It was the lack of air conditioning that my body couldn’t adjust to.
