WIP Intro: 10 Souls

10 Souls is a very short series (completed) about 10 people that have died, how they died and what ended up happening to them in the afterlife.

I do plan to write a sequel, but I’m still figuring out what I want it to be about. If I want it to cover 10 more people dying and their afterlives (so basically the same story, but 10 different people) or if I want it to continue the afterlives of the 10 people from the original.

10 Souls is tragic. It is not a good story for people who have dealt with loss and for whom reading about or watching death triggers or otherwise negatively impacts them mentally. It is a great story for people that are curious about the afterlife or that like to imagine what it would be like.

The Characters

There are several characters in this story. Yes, it is about how 10 people died, but there are more people in the story than just the 10 people.

The Moral

I mean, I guess the moral is whatever moral you take from it, but as for the moral that was intended... there was no real intended moral. It was basically just a story to let me explore multiple possibilities for the afterlife.

Themes

Death & the afterlife, I think that should be clear by now.

Info about my WIPs - 10 Souls, Kyle’s Story, The Holiday, The Forest, A Lesbian Love Story & Humanity’s Demon! (:

I have so many! xD

1. 10 Souls. One of my finished works that I still love to talk about is my piece, 10 Souls.This one has no actual characters. I mean… it does but none of them are named. It’s all about how people die and where they go in the afterlife (:

2. Kyle’s Story. This one is probably the one I talk about the most. This one is all about The Original Hybrid’s life. A lot of it is skipped through, as he lived centuries and actually lost his memory for centuries worth of his life. His name is Kyle and he’s the Original Hybrid. In it is also his husband, Jarred. His first love, Brian. His little sister, Amelia. His adopted children, Sam & Elise/Jasmine and so many more! Jarred is the only one is that group that is not my own character.

3. The Holiday. This series is, once again, full of unnamed characters. Mostly, it’s about a creature that stalks people in the night and goes through everybody’s houses to try to find people to kill. If the Creature sees you, it kills you, no questions asked. This story was based off a nightmare I had.

4. The Forest. This story is one of my latest babies. It’s basically about a group of people that believe that babies that are left in The Forest are taken by the gods to be raised. The reality is much sadder than they think.

5. A Lesbian Love Story. This one is about my girls, Ikuisuus and Belinda, in the 2nd AU that I created for their world. They are human lesbians in this world and are married with adopted children. Their kids’ names are Chester & Jeana.

6. Humanity’s Demon. This story is about a demon (Demonic) with social anxiety, who is also nonbinary and asexual (the only demon that is nonbinary or asexual, letalone both). All of the demons were charged to earn certain humans’ trust and relationships with them… and they go to live on earth to convince humans to make a deal and go to hell. Also little tidbit: hell is nothing like religions make it sound irl.

That was a lot of information so that’s all I’ll cover for now ^_^

I’m gonna answer this one for my old series, 10 Souls, since it’s the only one that I readily have an answer for. It’s part VII, titled The Little Girl.

💭- any ideas for a possible wip?

I’m actually already working on 7 different WIPs at this time, so I’m trying to focus on those, my roleplay and my random stories that come from my roleplay... I don’t have the energy to come up with more WIP ideas on top of all of that haha.
