It might just be me, but it felt like Callen was trying to fit in with Sam and Harm when he called Eric their Chief Technical Officer instead of the normal Technical Operator, as if that sounded more Military like.
It's like he has a subconscious fear of losing Sam as a friend so he gets subtly jealous of Sailors.
I really hope I'm wrong, but what if the reason that Kensi and Deeks look so sad in the promo photos is because something happened to Talia?

Oh yeah the meds they gave me the first two days at the psych hospital fucked me up so much that I couldn't remember anything I liked (movies, animals, etc) and forgot how to play solitaire.
