The One Direction star is moving on up!
Louis Tomlinson is putting down some roots, and that means a brand-new house in Los Angeles, CA, to go with his brand-new solo career and life as a dad. The former One Direction hunk just dropped $7.3 million on a four-bedroom, six-bathroom spread in the luxe Hollywood Hills off the Sunset Strip.
While the custody situation with Freddie’s mom, Briana Jungwirth, seems to be a bit contentious, Louis’ son will have an exciting new place to call home when he’s hanging with his pops! Built in 1937, the 6,000-square-foot architectural beauty is a dramatic fusion of contemporary style and classic design. The home is a rich piece of Hollywood history, overlooking the Hollywood sign with panoramic views of Los Angeles, CA. With art deco influences, extraordinary windows, and curved balustrades, the property has everything you could hope for in a home. French doors throughout the home open to sunny terraces, including a theater and bar that open to a lounge area. Outside, the home features an infinity pool surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping and majestic palm trees.
Louis isn’t the only 1D band member dropping major dimes on fancy real estate. Back in September, former bandmate Harry Styles bought a West Hollywood, CA, contemporary-style pad in a hush-hush off-market deal.
