Mo Farah is my hero. Yes Katie Ledecky and Michael Phelps and Simone Biles and Simone Manuel and Michelle Carter all won gold medals and won over untold hearts, but Mo Farah is my main man. He won after he FELL! That’s right, he fell down in the middle of the race after inadvertently tripping on his training mates leg. Yet despite the fall, Farah won after all.

Talk about some bad weather conditions

Crazy day at the Trials. It rained from like 12:30 to about 6 and then by 6:45 it had started raining again harder than ever. and we were in seats that were not covered, so we were forced to be Oregon ponchos. i just got to say great job to Ashton Eaton who set two world bests and is on rack to beat the American decathlon record. also congrats to the galen rup, dathan ritzenhein, and matt tegenkamp for making the 10,000 team. also the women who competed int he 10,000 crazy race, and im a little confused on who is going to be running the 10,000 in London, if you know whats going on shoot me a message and explain please. thanks.
