Day 100: #100daysinjoy Well that's us complete! I didn't want it to end and I did want it to end. The completion of projects/tasks are also the death but the new beginnings of what is to follow. I injoyed yesterday being with my dogs, my senior who is healing and I bathed my wee Archie before bed. I feel with all our social media interaction I am looking forward to the spontaneity of posting again. Yesterday was a not sharing day and that I injoyed immensely. I feel the balance of knowing when to share and what not to share and just keep for yourself is a work in progress for us all as this beautiful interconnectedness called social media is a mirror for our consciousness. The one thing that I feel was different from last years #100daysofjoy and this years #100dayinjoy was for me one of finding the presence in the moment Injoying my tea, Injoying my friend, Injoying dinner, Injoying being, Injoying reading, Injoying researching and ultimately opened doors to gratitude, appreciation and thankfulness quickly.
