Eat your veggies and be positive!
Today tried to intervene with my positivity. I stayed up late and ended up sleeping through most of my alarms. I missed class. But you know what we do when life tries to mess with us? We keep pushing!!
I woke up. Ate breakfast. Drank my pre-workout.
I did my burpee challenge...10 for today and 5 for yesterday.
I asked Siri to pick a number between 1 and 26 so I couldnt pick an "easy" workout 😂😂😂 like Kaelin has ever come up with an easy workout...Siri picked number 16...I hate Siri...
I completed 3 rounds and probably could have done more but honestly I need to find a better place to do it at home 😂😂😂 I was either slip and sliding on the wood/tile floors or scraping up my hands on the cement in the back yard 😂😂😂 but I still did 3 rounds!!
I completed my goal of 100 sit-ups!
I also have the best four legged cheerleader!! That was so confused by what I was doing! 😂😂
I packed up my lunch and got to work! I got new work shirts and they are a size large(I can fit a light sweatshirt, t-shirt and tank top under it!!!)
I am eating my healthy snacks!!! Days half over but lots more to do today!!! I can't wait to keep going!! I am going to aim for 100 sit-ups at least 20 times this month!!! What are your goals?
