Besides getting lost in thought, Yami tends to play with his cards when he has nothing else to do. He can sit for hours reviewing, adjusting, and simply admiring his cards.

Alignment :: What would be their D&D alignment? How might it come into play?

Hm! I think Azusa would fall under Lawful Evil for the most part. I would say he does go into Neutral Evil quite a bit, however, he has his own higher-ups to obey [his own brother's, mostly Ruki, and not to mention the Vampire King himself], however, sometimes, in the end he still does whatever he wants to his heart's desire. 

Hobby :: What’s something they do for fun that might be surprising?

Well, it's not everyday you meet someone who has an extensive knife collection ranging from... Dagger knives, bowie knives, bush knives, butterfly knives to even butter knives... And enjoys polishing/sharpening them often because he enjoys knives with good, sharp edges.
