John takes a moment to relax. “Apparently John never saw all the photos; they were both so busy after the shoot,” Shinoyama explains. “Of course he loved the photo of their kiss, [which] became the album cover. Sophia has some health problems, and doctor comes to her. Dorothy likes the doctor, and asks her if they can be best friends. While Dorothy goes away, Blanche appears, and this very doctor offers Blanche to be her best friend (like the best of the best, instead of Dorothy.) Of course, Blanche disagrees, and tells Dorothy about this eventually, but she doesn’t believe her girlfriend. They have a verbal fight and stop talking to each other to the point of break up.
Later, Rose tries to help Dorothy by trying to become the doctor’s best friend. She turned down, but Rose tells that this woman offered position of the very best friend to Blanche. Because of this, Dorothy understands what happened. As the result, one friend less (the doctor), but she and Blanche are back together as if nothing happened.
