This may be felt due to the period of identifying as another gender reconceptualising one's connection to one's current gender, the process of transitioning back making it hard to reconnect to one's gender without hesitation, the lack of dysphoria and/or euphoria that makes the connection feel dull, the experience of an orientation that "doesn't fit" one's current gender anymore, the experience of bigotry that one technically doesn't experience anymore despite the harm it caused, et cetera.
