What is the #108Challenge?
The #108 Challenge is a personal journey of self-exploration, discovery, and transformation through the practice of yoga. Developed and hosted by Prana House Yoga studio in Haverford, PA, yogis of all levels are challenged to practice yoga 108 times over the course of one year (hence the catchphrase 108 in 365). There is no set start or end time. Once you decide to commit to a year of improved wellbeing, you can begin your journey.
As part of the challenge, you can practice in studio or on your own, however, if all 108 practices take place at Prana House Yoga, you are rewarded with awesome quarterly milestones! In hopes of spreading the joy and beauty of yoga, challengers are encouraged to track and share their progress by hash tagging “108Challenge” and “108in365″. We hope to see the #108Challenge spread across the nation and the globe!
As a current member of Prana House Yoga’s #108Challenge, I encourage everyone to join me on this journey. This blog will be my way of sharing my experiences with the world and hopefully inspire others to join along the way. By embarking on the #108challenge, you are committing one year to yourself. It is one year of self-exploration, transformation, improved health, clarity, peace, happiness, and so much more.
Are you ready for the challenge?
