Ginger is amazing for your health. I discovered ginger tea when I was living in India. ☕ I knew this plant was used in chai, but I didn't realize how great it is even when steeped on its own! It helps fight & prevent colds, energizes with it's strong flavor (instead of caffeine), and helps with digestion and metabolism. ⚡️ Just slice up some fresh ginger, pour boiling water over it, and done! #10daysofteaplants 🌿#100daysofplantillustrations Day 38
Rooibus makes a naturally sweet red tea. ☕ It's used to improve circulation, skin, respiratory issues. But I love it because it's delicious, even without sweetener. 💛 Also, ecology fact: Because of the microorganisms it needs to survive, it can only be grown in Southern Africa. #10daysofteaplants 🌿#100daysofplantillustrations Day 38
Lavender is amazing for stress relief & as an anti-anxiety. You've probably seen it used in lotion and candles, but it makes a wonderful tea. ☕️ (You can use it to make scones, too!) I use lavender in just about anything I can 💕#herbalallies #10daysofteaplants 🌿#100daysofplantillustrations
As the days get warmer, I find myself switching from black tea to mint. Peppermint has a cooling effect (even in hot tea!) because of the menthol it contains. Go make yourself a cup of Moroccan mint tea and enjoy a tea break out in the sunshine for just a few minutes. #10daysofteaplants ☕️ #100daysofplantillustrations 🌿 Day 22/100
