This is related to the Kintsugi Fi design I made some time ago and I had been thinking about her origin story for a while since then. Day 8′s prompt from both Inktober and L(U)inktober lists gave me a good excuse to try and visualise this. Not as well done as Day 2/4 but I’m happy with how it turned out.

10K Link: The Hero of Evil’s Bane (or simply Bane) — comic

Okay so about two months ago on the Linked Universe Discord Server, I created my own Linksona/interpretation of 10K Link that I dubbed as the ‘Hero of Evil’s Bane’ (or just Bane) and he is based of the vague 10K legend about the Hero and Princess 10 000 years priorto the events of BotW.

And he’s a ginger-blonde war hero Link...until BotW2 comes out and reveals more about this guy (and whether he’s actually Ganondorf as the Hero Incarnated). So while creating him, I created this quick comic that pairs up with the HC that Wild (BotW-Link) in his pre-Calamity past was pressured to become like his 10K Hero ancestor so he can defeat Calamity Ganon like Bane did. And we all know how that went...
