I forgot how exhausting the first trimester is.
With Teddy I had nothing to do and no one to look after so I literally just lay on the lounge for the first 14 weeks with a bucket by my side.
This pregnancy I'm chasing around a toddler with a broken wrist, trying to keep him from breaking anything else and attempting (so far succeeding) to push away the constant urge to vomit.
I eat like every 30 mins to an hour just to keep myself from feeling nauseous, which is frustrating in itself as there's limited things to eat and some of them my stomach just does a giant NOPE to.
I hope this doesn't last another month. I'd like to keep up with my wild child during the day. I've been napping when he does at lunch time just to recharge a bit, but I'm still stuffed by evening. And coffee aversion which I had last pregnancy has already started to slowly set in, which is very upsetting because idk how I'm supposed to find the willpower to do anything without it.
Oh! But I did finally go for a drive on an actual road and not just in the paddock at mum's today! We drove around the industrial estate because there was literally no traffic there, and I didn't do as badly as I thought I would!
Yesterday was a massive kick in the butt for me NEEDING and WANTING to learn to drive and get my P's. It was pretty shit having to call my mum to take us to the hospital to have Teddy's wrist looked at. I defs need to be able to take my babies to and from places when there's an emergency like that. 😕 Life lesson learned. Get your L's at 16 like everybody else in the next lifetime.
