The focal element is the lady in the shower with the leading lines being the water from the shower head. They used repetition by switching between two scenes(her showering ,the shower head) and repeated different shots of her being stabbed.
I believe we have used our angle shots wisely and the repetition builds up to the very last moments of the pen... rip pen
