10 Things you might not know about me..... I grew up in the south and no matter where I have traveled or live my Southern Bell roots and hospitably shine through.
I am a foodie! I love fine cuisine, creating it, eating it, photographing it, blogging it and even just looking at it. I love the art, compassion and the way food brings people together to share an experience that makes a mark on your soul.

I am a sucker for fancy cocktails and spirits neat; it's fascinating the multitudes of way one can partake in an adult beverage. Even on a cleanse.... 22 days strong! I've found a new obsession with Mocktails!
I once jumped off a 60 foot ridge into a raging river to over come my fear of heights. I did it and know that I don't need that much adrenaline to get my natural high, I am naturally on a high frequency and get the most from more fluid motions like dancing.
I sold my jeep, my physical attachment to my beloved Papa and Texas (I still carry around my Texas plates and tags), to go travel out of the country and spend my Birthday Month in Costa Rica, where I was emerced in a third world country side that opened my soul to our world's magnificent natural beauties and shook a harsh truth that America's Ideology has ruined so much of these....
I loved to skinny dip in the lake when I was a child in Texas and would always do it in secret, as I was fearful of getting in trouble; only to find a compassionate grandmother to meet me with a robe she had left on the deck with cookies and milk.
I love to sing in my car and have never lost my passion for music that drove me as a child. I once had to chose between a solo in choir and playing baseball (in hopes to make my father proud, I proudly chose baseball, secretly wishing to sing)
I spent "the last day of earth" sobbing and prayed for the first time in years for the strength and guidance to find happiness, spiritual connections and value....I found it this year.
I am strong, confident and love my freedom; while I still yearn for acceptance, a life partner and to someday to be a mother.
I fall in love easily and never regret that.....
