L picked me up today :D haha interesting went to class, then bumped into you in Mar and said goodbye since you were heading to Cali that day... ended up snapchatting you kind of a lot about hugs haha.... "you had your chance" you say... stinging words there....

API performance!

we had the API performance today and it was super amazing! i feel like i was able to bond with The Crew more and we really performed as a team. the adrenaline was great and it really made the 3 minutes feel like it was only a minute. i don't even remember being on stage. by the time i was on, the performance was over. i screwed up a few times, but being on stage with the others really made me feel more confident and less self-conscious of all my moves. Karina also came out to watch with her friend and i was REALLY touched and happy. i had wished that Cassidy and Sharon would have made it, but Cassidy was busy and Sharon didn't get the proper invite which was my fault. but Karina didn't really get the proper invite either yet remembered from when i told her around a week to two weeks ago and texted me this morning to see if she could come. it really proves to show that she was and is my best friend, even if we don't meet as often as we would like. her doing this for me really made me feel a lot of different emotions inside and i just appreciate it so much, so much more than she'll ever understand. also, the pictures that Jerald posted caught attention with my weird face.....and as much as it's embarrassing, it's nice that people notice i exist aha.

possible dan sat behind me, one to the right in lecture today. he was writing furiously on the desk behind me because he's a lefty and that's more comfortable for him. i'm assuming he has some sort of homework due soon but man, what a beautiful sound of hard pen against a papered desk. he was also coughing a pretty rough one, so i hope he's not sick or at least getting better. he had a dumb laugh again, so dumb omg why are you so dumb stop being dumb jkay i like your dumb laugh. and i'm hoping he'll come to class on Wednesday because Qing won't be there and he won't have class right after i think so i may be able to ask him if he wants to walk back together, hopefully? probably not though because nothing ever works to plan with this guy 8D especially since it's Thanksgiving weekend this Thursday so he may not come to Wednesday lecture as most people won't. sigh.

I HAVE SO MUCH WORK DUE TOMORROW AND I HAVE SO MUCH GOING ON TOMORROW. I SHOULD BE DOING WORK. OKAY GOING TO DO WORK.

Last night one of my residents knocked on my door and asked if I'd want to come over to her suite because they had a ton of Thanksgiving food that they'd bought from Costco and when I got there all of the suitemates greeted me and were so sweet as they yelled "eat eat!" and they had stuffing and chicken and even pumpkin pie and they apologized for not having any more mashed potatoes but honestly it meant a lot that they asked me to come over because lately I've been feeling kind of bummed that I wouldn't be able to go home for Thanksgiving break and this was just what I needed. Sometimes this job can feel a little bit lonely but little things like this really make it worth it.
