There are a few reasons why I work out. 1, I do not have to buy more shirts and pants. Imagine you have to buy new clothings every month. Instead of buying cloths, that money can be used for other things. 2, I need to be healthy. I still have lots of lists that I need to strike. Hence, being healthy will give me more time to achieve it. And the main reason I workout is because I eat a lot. I go out for buffet at least twice a week. I went to different places. Doest matter if its Korean, Japanese or Western.
