so the one thing that always rubbed me the wrong way about the avatar finale was the sudden introduction of energybending- and how it basically takes all agency away from aang’s decision AND doesn’t change the fact that ozai could still do real harm as a nonbender with those loyal to him. like it’s still a great finale and a near perfect series but that is disappointing every time.
