I worked out (pretty) consistently through the first two trimesters. The first trimester I was doing a lot of Fitness Marshall video routines on YouTube and hiking. Through June and July we hiked pretty much every weekend. Trimester two was mostly hiking and walking. Since early November-ish or so, though, I’ve been having increasingly bad pelvic pain, so I’m trying not to do a lot to aggravate it, because I suspect just my growing belly alone will aggravate it enough.
Nowadays I really haven’t been doing much at all, except building this baby and trying to let my body rest. I definitely miss the workout routine and miss being able to do it. I can’t wait to get back to it after delivery.
