How did you pick your nursery theme? Have you decided on a name and middle name? If so, how did you decide on them? Did you ever have other names you considered?
We had two nursery themes that we were deciding between.. one seemed fairly obvious for us — sailing/sailboats — and the other was the outer space theme. (My husband and I own a sailboat, and he’s also a dork and is into outer space/planets/etc). Sailboats and nautical themes seem to be kinda overdone (?) so I liked the idea of doing an outer space/planets theme a little better. Besides, who doesn’t wanna raise a nerd baby?
We have decided on a first and middle name! I don’t know if I’m comfortable sharing here quite yet, but there are influences of classic American literature as well as a namesake from both B’s and my family. We definitely considered a bunch of different names, both with influence from older generations of our families and otherwise, but we’re both happy with the names we’ve picked. ☺️
