The shelter thinks I am about 12 years 1 weeks old. I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 8/29/2021, with the surrender reason stated as animal health - will need ongoing vet care. Missey is being placed on the emergency placement list for medical reasons. She is an obese diabetic cat that is not eating. Unfortunately this means she could go into diabetic ketoacidosis or hepatic lipidosis soon if she does not start eating. She will need immediate follow up vet care, ideally to a 24-hour facility.
