This was a secret santa esque art trade for one of my discord servers ^^

I watched a handful of fugitoid compilations to nail down his personality and the way his body worked (I never got a chance to watch the space arc) but he's actually so fun to draw!

The sketch was so cute imo, i had to redo it a couple times as i struggled with the spacing of his hips for a hot minute but it turned out okay ^^

Always remember to flip the canvas! I tried to draw his hands I really did, but at the angle I was going for it just wasnt doing it and I was running out of time, so, robot logic, his arm wrapped around and hid his hand

Thinking back, i couldve drawn the other hand but i was a bit rushed and swamped with other projects ^^'

I only needed a reference for Mikey for the colours and to get the bandaid placement right, hes so cute and easy to draw tho his forehead may be a little ehhh we dont talk about it lmao

I tried to be as on-model as possible and not throw my own little things into it since it was a gift and i think i did pretty good ^^ if i had longer and was more into the piece and didn't struggle with it as much as i did I might’ve shaded it :)

overall 10/10 very fun to draw
