Sleep has been weird recently. I've been going to bed later and waking up later and generally sleeping more. I had a trauma dream the other night apropos of nothing. I had zero recognised triggers. I'm going to have to try to get back into a sensible morning routine. My Dairy sensitivity has come roaring back after a badly behaved weekend with friends so I'm having to be more careful. I exercised well today but now my right thigh muscle hurts going up and down the stairs. I took a lazy day today but felt random spurs of feeling empty and restless during. I think I struggle without tasks. I'm going to have to try again tomorrow!
